The service

The only way to work together.

One service, shaped around you. Send us anything, a verbal brief, a PDF, a Word doc, an old PowerPoint, a brand book, or nothing but an idea, and we take it from there. Briefs change, scope shifts, slides get rewritten the night before the pitch. That's normal. The process is built for it.

One service

Shaped around you.

We take the weight off. You bring what you've got, the brief evolves as we go, and we keep shaping the deck until it lands.

01 / What you get

Every engagement ships the same core deliverables. No tiers, no upsells, no menu to choose from.

  • -A hand-built, animated, brand-matched, fully responsive slide deck
  • -A clean, memorable URL, slidedeckstudio.com/your-company/your-presentation, readable on phone, tablet, laptop or boardroom display
  • -Numeric PIN protection on every deck
  • -Per-slide talk track in a separate browser window behind its own PIN, invisible to the audience on Teams, Zoom or Meet screen-share
  • -A designed, brand-matched one-page narrative summary, for humans (inbox, boardroom leave-behind, procurement)
  • -A separate AI feed, a structured plain-text version of the deck built for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or an internal RAG
  • -Animated charts and bespoke infographics, built as engineered components
  • -Interactive embeds inside the slide: booking calendars (Cal.com, Calendly, HubSpot), forms (Typeform, Tally, native), video (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, MP4), and one-click Zoom, Meet or Teams join buttons
  • -Per-recipient deck analytics: who opened it, which slide they spent the most time on, what they booked, what they downloaded, with optional weekly digest by email, Slack or Teams
  • -Professional copywriting throughout
  • -PDF export and offline build
  • -Manager dashboard if you have more than one deck
02 / How we take the weight off

The process is shaped around you, not the other way round. Send what you've got, in whatever shape it's in, and expect it to evolve.

  • -You send anything, verbal brief, PDF, Word, old PowerPoint, brand book, transcript
  • -We co-author the narrative if there's no draft yet
  • -We absorb mid-flight changes to scope, audience, narrative or brand
  • -We handle research, citation, infographic design, motion, copywriting and brand matching
  • -Up to three rounds of revisions plus a final polish pass are included as standard, further rounds are quoted transparently, never billed by surprise
03 / How we scale

Same service, different shape. Scoped to what you actually need, not packaged for the menu.

  • -One bespoke deck for a single moment
  • -A family of decks sharing one design system, master, lite, technical, governance
  • -An ongoing programme with a manager dashboard and rolling iteration
  • -Quote on request, scoped to the actual work

Case study, Dell PowerEdge XE9680

What an open, rolling brief actually looks like.

Both diagrams below are pulled from a real Dell engagement. The first tracks how the brief evolved week by week as the audience and message sharpened. The second shows how revision rounds loop inside the engagement, absorbed within the included scope rather than billed as surprise extras.

FAQ

Common questions.

What do I need to send you to start?

Anything. A verbal brief on a call, a PDF, a Word doc, an old PowerPoint, a brand book, a transcript, or nothing at all. If there's no draft yet, we'll co-author the narrative with you.

What if my brief changes mid-project?

Expected. Decks get rewritten the night before the pitch all the time, audience shifts, the message sharpens, a new stat lands. Iteration cycles are built into every engagement, not billed as extras.

What if I don't know what I want yet?

That's fine. We start with a discovery call, shape the narrative with you, and keep shaping it as the audience and message come into focus. Most clients arrive somewhere between a hunch and a draft.

How private is the deck?

Every deck sits behind a numeric PIN. The talk track sits behind a separate PIN. If you have more than one deck, a manager dashboard groups them with per-deck visibility controls.

How long does it take?

It runs to your timescale, not a fixed menu. Fast when the pitch is next week, planned when the launch sits months out, one-off when it is a single moment, recurring when decks ship on a rhythm. Tell us when you need it live and we shape the build around that. Programmes scale from there.

What's included as standard?

Talk track, designed one-pager (for humans), AI feed (plain text for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or internal RAG), PDF export, offline build, brand matching, animation and bespoke infographic design, all included in every engagement, never priced as upsells.

One deck or many?

Same service either way. A single bespoke deck, a family sharing one design system, or an ongoing programme, we scope to what you actually need.

Is there a limit on revisions?

Yes, and we think that's a feature. Up to three rounds of revisions plus a final polish pass are included as standard. Mid-flight changes to scope, audience or narrative are absorbed within those rounds. Beyond that, additional rounds are quoted transparently, never billed by surprise.

What does the URL look like?

Every deck lives at slidedeckstudio.com/your-company/your-presentation, a clean, memorable URL behind a numeric PIN. Readable on phone, tablet, laptop or boardroom display. One link, every device, no attachments to lose in an inbox.

How is it priced?

Quote on request, scoped to the actual work. There's no tier menu to choose from, the price reflects the deck, the timeline and how much we're co-authoring with you.

Can we embed a Cal.com, Typeform or Zoom call inside a slide?

Yes, on every deck. Booking calendars (Cal.com, Calendly, HubSpot, SavvyCal), forms (Typeform, Tally, native, posting straight into your CRM via webhook), video (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, self-hosted MP4) and one-click Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams join buttons all live inside the slide. No attachments, no leaving the deck. See /why/interactive-embeds for the full list.

Can we see who opened the deck and which slides they spent time on?

Yes. Per-PIN attribution shows which recipient opened the deck, when, from where, total session time, time on each slide, the drop-off point, and any embed actions (calendar booked, form submitted, video watched percentage, PDF downloaded, AI feed accessed). Live in the manager dashboard, with an optional weekly digest by email, Slack or Teams, and webhooks into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or your warehouse. No third-party ad pixels, no fingerprinting. See /why/deck-tracking.

Why not just use Gamma, Tome or Beautiful.ai?

Because they make decks that look like Gamma, Tome and Beautiful.ai decks. The brand never quite matches, the copy is bullet soup, the charts are static, the talk track doesn't exist, and the deck lives at gamma.app/… instead of yours. Spin one up for an internal status update, they're great for that. For the room that actually matters, hire people. See /why/vs-ai-generators for the full comparison.
